What data we collect
When making an enquiry, you provide your name, event occasion, phone number and, optionally, email address. You may then add the event date, venue, guest count and notes. The submission also includes the site language, source page and, where applicable, the selected program or city. An enquiry identifier links the form steps.
Visitor analytics are currently disabled. Hosting and security services may process technical request data, such as an IP address and browser information. Choosing to play an embedded video connects your browser to YouTube or Vimeo.
What we use the data for
We use form data for a single purpose: replying to your enquiry and agreeing the details of a performance. We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing and do not use it for newsletters.
Where the data is stored
Netlify Forms receives and stores form submissions. The first step is temporarily held in Netlify Blobs so that the additional details you submit can be joined to it. The normal waiting period is five minutes; if processing is interrupted, a scheduled check retries delivery.
Resend delivers the enquiry notification to us. The enquiry also reaches our email inbox. Removing the temporary merging record does not delete the submission from Netlify Forms or the message from our inbox. These providers process data as needed to deliver their respective services.
We retain enquiry data as needed to answer the enquiry, arrange the service and meet applicable accounting requirements. You can contact us about your data using the details below.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no non-essential cookies. If we enable visitor analytics in the future, it will run only with your consent given through a cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
To exercise any of these rights, write to Info@grandugniessou.lt. We will reply within a reasonable time.
