Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before booking a fire show.

Booking

When should we book the fire show?

Contact us as soon as you know your event date: popular summer weekends fill up first. After your enquiry, we check availability and send an offer. The date is reserved once we agree on the terms. Sending an enquiry alone does not hold it.

How does booking work?

Send an enquiry or call us. We check availability for your date, clarify the event details and send an offer with the program and final price. Your date is reserved once we agree on the terms. An enquiry alone does not hold it yet.

Prices

What does the fire show price depend on?

Fire Dance: 350 €; Fire show “Premium Plus”: 590 €; Fire show “Royal”: 980 €; Grand Fire Show: from 2000 €. Package prices are fixed; the individual Grand program has a starting price. Chosen add-on effects are agreed separately; the offer specifies the final line-up and price.

What is included in the program price?

The price includes the dances, props and effects listed in the chosen program line-up. Add-on effects are not automatically included: we add them according to your choice. The offer clarifies the program, extras, travel arrangements and final price.

Programs

Can you do a fire show indoors?

Only some elements can be performed indoors, and only after we assess the ceiling height, ventilation and venue rules. A complete outdoor program is not automatically suitable indoors. Send the venue name or photos so we can discuss what is possible before preparing the offer.

Can you dance to music of our choice?

Yes. Individual choreography to your song is an add-on service. Send the track and tell us which moment of your event it should accompany; we agree the line-up and price in the offer.

How long does a fire show performance last?

Fire Dance: 15 min; Fire show “Premium Plus”: 20 min; Fire show “Royal”: 22 min; Grand Fire Show: duration agreed for the individual running order.

Logistics & safety

Is a fire show safe?

Yes, when it is performed by professionals and a safe distance is kept. We hold pyrotechnician licences, and before the performance we assess the venue: the distance to the audience and to flammable surfaces, the space and the weather. If an element does not suit a particular venue, we replace it or leave it out.

How much space does a fire show need?

The space required depends on the program and chosen effects. Send us a photo of the venue and show where the audience will stand. We will assess the space and tell you whether the chosen program fits.

What if it rains on the day?

Light rain usually does not prevent a performance. For heavy rain, strong wind or a storm, we discuss a backup plan in advance with you and the venue. We agree any program changes or alternatives for your specific event.

What time of the evening is best for a fire show?

A fire show looks its best after dark, when the flames stand out most. In a Lithuanian summer it gets dark late, so plan the performance time around sunset and your event schedule. Send us the date and venue and we will suggest the best time.

Do we need a permit for a fire show?

This depends on the venue and program. We discuss venue suitability and the approvals needed individually with you and the site manager. Tell us exactly where the event will take place. “A private courtyard” or “an open space” alone does not tell us all the conditions.

Do you travel beyond Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda?

Yes, we travel throughout Lithuania, including countryside venues outside the cities. Include the exact event location in your enquiry. We will agree travel arrangements and the final offer total before you book.
